This on-demand shared-ride service known as microtransit is currently available in Snellville and Lawrenceville from Monday to Saturday, operating between 6:00am and 8:00pm. It is imperative to note that all rides are confined within the specified microtransit zone, preventing rides that begin in one zone from ending in another.

Each ride costs $3 per passenger, with payment options including Ride Gwinnett app, MARTA Breeze Card, Token Transit app, or exact change. Please be advised that the drivers are unable to provide change for fares.

Ride Gwinnett's fleet of microtransit vehicles are designed to be ADA-compliant, accommodating riders with disabilities by enabling the transport of mobility-aid devices for a smooth and inclusive travel experience.
